History of Our Sweets
Sweet Knedla is a dish of boiled potato-dough dumpling filled with plum, originating in the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
There is an interesting story about Emperor Ferdinand I, who was remembered in history for the famous saying:
I am the Emperor, I want knedla!"
He didn't care what time of year it was and whether it was plum season, he was driven by the thought that he was the Emperor and that they had to make d knedlafor him... otherwise he fired the Chefs.
This is how knedlas with many different flavors are created.
Our ideas is to bring Emperor favorite food to land of Sheiks.
History of Our Savory's
Savory Knedlas are Italian rice balls that are stuffed, coated with breadcrumbs and deep-fried.
Dish is said to have originated in 10th-century Sicily, at a time when the island was under Arab rule. Its origins may therefore be possibly the same as Levantine kibbeh.
We aim to bring back delicious rice balls to its origin.
